Visit of the Islamic Republic of Iran delegation

On November 17, 2023, the delegation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, headed by the Science Advisor to the Embassy of IRI in the Russian Federation, the representative of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of IRI in Russia, Belarus and Central Asia, Mr. Hadi Goudarzi, visited Kazan State Medical University.

 

Within the framework of the visit, Rector of KSMU Aleksey Sozinov met with Mr. Goudarzi and representatives of the Consulate General of IRI in Kazan - Consul General Davud Mirzakhani, Consul Massoud Mollai, Attaсhe Nader Habibiе.

 

The meeting was also attended by First Vice-Rector Laysan Mukharyamova, Vice-Rector Zinnur Garaev, Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Students Elena Koshpaeva and Head of the Office of International Affairs Tatiana Korobovtseva.

 

The parties discussed issues connected with development of cooperation in the field of healthcare, medical education and science. The delegation also met with KSMU students from the Islamic Republic of Iran. The meeting has passed in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
