We welcome your interest in our Pediatrics Residency Program!

Training in the residency program Pediatrics will help you master all the facets of pediatric skills due to the individualized guidance from experienced and dedicated faculty members and a variety of clinical bases, multidisciplinary hospitals. Analysis of complex and rare clinical cases, patients with multidisciplinary pathology will allow you to develop clinical thinking, deeply study many sections of pediatrics, prepare scientific publications and reports.

The basis of training is practice directly at the patient's bedside, which is supported by regular lectures to expand theoretical knowledge. Pediatric residents will get the opportunity to receive hands-on training at maternity houses, out-patients units, hospitals. Our curriculum is balanced between inpatient and outpatient medicine

The residency program provides practice in the leading hospital of Tatarstan - the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital, as well as in polyclinics and maternity hospitals. You will learn how to provide high-quality medical care to children with a variety of acute and chronic diseases, emergency conditions. An important part of your job will be learning practical skills in the simulation center.

Our goal is to make sure that our comprehensive general pediatrics residency  ”fits each resident” - meaning that residents can tailor their curriculum to match their learning style and professional goals.
