The International Friendship Club appeared at the Latin Language Department on December 31, 2008 and since that time has become an integral part of the students’ life from different parts of the world. Students were united not only by love for Man and the desire to preserve the life and health of mankind, but also by boundless interest in the Latin language and cultural traditions of their young colleagues. The geography of the International Club members is changing, expanding, but the warm atmosphere of universal respect and the joy of discovering the world remains unchanged. In many ways, this is the merit of the Head of the Club Aislu Gayfullina, Senior Lecturer of the Latin Language and Medical Terminology Department.
The events of the Club are always interesting, bright and unusually emotional. Despite the fact that the language of international communication is English, our students enthusiastically sing Russian songs as well.
