The Plenary session was held on April 14 , at which the Rector of Kazan State Medical University, Professor A.S. Sozinov, Head of the Department of Normal Anatomy, Associate Professor I.M. Gazizov, Head of the Department of Hospital Pediatrics, Professor D.I. Sadykova made welcoming speech.
After the end of the plenary session, the section sessions of the 96th International Student Scientific and Practical Conference and the 28th International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists began.
Students had the opportunity to join the sections in full-time format, a conference was organized for nonresident participants via video communication. On this day, more than 1,000 students and 150 young scientists took part and showed their works to the scientific community. The prize-winners were awarded with diplomas, the winners of the sections were invited to the closing ceremony of the forum, which will take place on April 15.
The meeting of the section "Nursing" was held on the basis of the Department of Cardiovascular and Endovascular Surgery at the ICDC.
The conference was attended by students of Higher Nursing Education and presented their research papers on current topics in the field of nursing.

The reports on various topics among students of 3-6 courses of pediatric and medical faculties were presented at a session of the section "Simulation teaching methods". The session of the section was held in 2 formats (online and offline), which made it possible to reach a large audience of listeners. The foreign students of the 2nd and 3rd courses made presentations for the first time (Hints Anna-Magdalena, gr.1224, Janibabu Sharmila Umar gr. 1312).
As members of the jury were present: Head of the department, Professor S.A. Bulatov, assistant E.H. Kharisova, assistant Gatiyatullina L.L., assistant O. Amairi.
