Open lectures on Healthy Longevity

On February 8-10, 2021, Kazan State Medical University hosted another cycle of public lectures within the framework of the University of the Third Age project "Healthy longevity. Fundamentals of mutual assistance".

Associate Professor G. Kamasheva and students of General Medicine program delivered a lecture on the topic of Respiratory infections: how to protect yourself in old age. Associate Professor E. Arkhipov and student A. Zakirova touched upon such issues as "Old age, nutrition and kidney health" and "How to save the kidneys if a chronic disease overcame in old age?". Assistant G. Ziganshina discussed with lecture participants the following topic: "Problem with breathing: what an elderly person needs to know." Chair of  Outpatient Therapy and General Medical Practice Departmen A. Sineglazova delivered three lectures: Life in joy or the principles of an active and safe life, What you need to remember if you have arterial hypertension, Coronary heart disease. How to reduce risks?  

Educational course was held in online format and was open to public. Each lecture gathered more than 80 participants and ended with an active discussion of presented topics.
