“ROSMEDOBR”

The delegation of Kazan State Medical University is taking part in the II International Congress “ROSMEDOBR”, which takes place in Moscow these days. Within the framework of the Congress, the XIV International Forum “Innovative Teaching Technologies in Medicine - 2023” and the II Congress of the Russian Society of Medical Education Specialists will be held.

Digital opportunities of the university are presented at the exhibition, which precedes the business program of the forum. To the attention of visitors, Kazan State Medical University presented a prototype of a controlled virtual reality module - an interactive VR-application demonstrating all periods of natural unwanted and complicated births. As well as digital simulators for students studying in the specialty “Medical and Preventive Care”: a virtual microbiological laboratory that allows to master the basics of design and functioning of microbiological laboratories, a computer game designed to test knowledge and skills on the topic “Epidemiological survey of the focus of infection” and an application designed to practice the practical skills of students when inspecting public catering facilities.

Participants of the Congress are waiting for 3 days of productive work. There are speeches and reports ahead. The event will be ended on October 21.
