Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2024

On September 27, 2023, Times Higher Education (THE) published the World University Rankings 2024.

Kazan State Medical University entered the World University Rankings 2024, taking 1500+ place in the overall ranking. Among Russian medical universities KSMU is in 3rd place (1st place - I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, 2nd place – Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University).

According to the level of educational activity (Teaching category) KSMU took 293rd place among world universities, 11th place among Russian universities and 2nd place among Russian medical universities.

In total, 1904 universities from 108 countries are represented in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2024, including 78 Russian universities.

In addition to KSMU, this rating includes 3 universities of the Republic of Tatarstan: Kazan Federal University, Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev - KAI, Kazan National Research Technological University - KHTI.
